Chantal is a certified spirits specialist and wine/spirits educator with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She is currently a Barrel Select Captain in the Spirits Barrel Select Program for Northern California Total Wine and More locations. She grew up in the restaurant industry and began doing wine/spirits food pairings at a young age, then began running her own catering business at 18. Raised in a French household, her love for wine and spirits began when she stumbled across bottles of liquor her family had made in France and Switzerland over 100 years ago. She now has an extensive spirits collection containing over 200 specialty bottles that continues to grow, just like her love and passion for spirits.
